We found these guys by chance when they completed a pest treatment at a place were were renting. When we purchased our new home they completed the vacating pest treatment, they also did the pre purchase inspection on our new home, the termite barrier and followed up with great service at no charge after other tradesmen had completed there repair work and disturbed the barrier. I can definitely recommend Richards. I have a cockroach problem in an apartment I recently moved into and from the first contact over the phone Richards were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The price I was initially quoted seemed a little higher than some other quotes I received but once I confirmed with them that the property was just a single level one bedroom apartment, they were happy to match the other quotes. My technician on the day, Brett, was very friendly and helpful. He’s definitely the guy to use for a pre-purchase termite inspection as he instantly spotted a termite nest in a tree in an adjoining property, and he wasn’t even here for that!
